New Update on Paid Orders

This guide will help you to better manage the paid order and to keep track of the cart statuses. We will be replacing the tags with new statuses as below:

Previous Tags:

• Paid
• Problematic
• Shipped
• Archive

New Tags:

• Paid
• Packing
• Shipping
• Delivered
• Failed Delivery
• Archive

Here is the description of each status:

How to Update Paid Cart

On Single Shipment Cart

1. Go to “Paid Orders” and select “Paid” tab
2. Click “Paid” under “Status” column to expand the available status
3. Choose which status to update 

On Multiple Shipment Cart

1. Go to “Paid Orders” and select “Paid” tab
2. Click the “+” icon to expand the cart. For multi shipment, it contains 2 separated carts. You can select the cart by ticking the box
3. Click “Paid” under “Status” column to expand the available status
4. Choose which status to update 

How to Mass Update/Move Cart Statuses

1. On “Paid Order”, tick “Select All Boxes” at the top or you can tick the box one by one for selected carts
2. Click on “Bulk Update” 
3. Select the “Status” you want to move the carts into
4. Click on “Check & Update Status”, there will be a confirmation box as shown below:

     5. Click “Proceed” and the carts will be moved into the selected status

To help you find your orders easily, you can use the following filters in the search bar:

• Cart Id
• Facebook Username
• Instagram Username
• Buyer App Account Name
• Recipient Name
• Phone Number
• Postal Code

For Advanced Search, click on the icon as shown below.

New Advanced Search Filter options: 

• Previous Tags (Shipped, Problematic, Archive)
• Shipping Group search filter
• Delivery Method search filter
• Product Code search filter
• Customer Name search filter
• Advance search filter
• Reset button

Action Button:

• Download Invoice
• View Note
• View Reason

Associated Accounts under the Buyer Name column: this shows all customer’s account names on Facebook, Instagram and the Upmesh account when customer login to checkout.

How the accounts are associated with the order:

Facebook: 

The Facebook account customers use to comment and checkout will be shown in associated accounts. 

Instagram: 

The Instagram account customers use to comment and checkout will be shown in associated accounts. 

Upmesh Buyer App:

The Upmesh Buyer App account customers use to checkout will be shown in associated accounts.
