(Optional) Feature: Message Customization / 自定义消息

This guide is for merchants to be able to customize autogenerated “Checkout” and “Out of stock” messages that will be sent to customers.

1. Click on “Advanced”

2. Click on “Messages Management”

3. You can customize both “Checkout message” and “Out of stock message”.

4. Click into “Checkout message” or “Out of stock message” to edit the messaging.

Note: It is mandatory that the required parameters below are included in the messages. Otherwise, an error message will show.

5. Once you are ready, click “save”

6. Buyers can receive the customised auto-messages accordingly when they comment on lives/posts.

For example, if the cart expiry toggle is on, buyers will receive the “with cart expiry” message.

本指南是让商家能够自定义发送给客户的自动生成“结帐”和“缺货”消息。

3.您可以自定义“结帐消息”和“缺货消息”。

4. 点击进入“结账消息”或“缺货消息”编辑消息。

6. 买家在评论直播 / 帖子时可以收到相应的自定义自动消息。

例如，如果购物车到期切换打开，买家将收到“购物车到期”消息。
