1. Find their order 

Under "Order Management", type their Facebook name to search for order captured under their name 

If you do not find an order, this means that they have input the wrong comment format

2. Confirm and send to customer

Copy this link under their order and send it to them.

This link loads their checkout page where they can confirm and complete their checkout
