Feature : Viewing customer profile from orders (Customer with same names) / 功能：查看订单中的客户资料（同名客户）

This feature is for you to view a customer's profile from your orders to 

• Directly link to the customer
• Differentiate customers with the same names 

1. In the "Order Management" section
Click the name of the customer in ANY order

2. Two things will appear in the popup after you click 

• Facebook Profile Picture 
• Direct link to your Facebook message with them 

3. When you click the direct link, it will open the Facebook conversation with them 

IMPORTANT : If link is not working, it means two things 

• You have deleted the chat with customer 
• Customer has deleted the chat or blocked your page
