This guide is for creating a New Cart for customer's even if their comment is NOT captured by the system
IMPORTANT
We cannot create a cart for a customer that have not commented anything. Facebook needs a comment from the customer before we can create a cart for the customer.

1. Under "Post Management" select the Post where the comment is
Click the Icon Just below "Comments"
2. It will open a popup
There are two types of icons you will see
- Blue Cart
Comment has been captured successfully, click the blue icon to go to that order
- Green Cart
Comment is not captured but you can create cart for customer by clicking the green icon
AFTER CLICKING GREEN ICON FOR NEW CART
Black box below - is where you add the products to the cart
Blue Box Below - is the total cart items added
1. Add products from these two options
2. Click "Submit" after complete
3. You will be directed back to the comments
Blue Icon means Cart has been created and you can
- Click icon to link to order directly
- View order in "Order Management"

1. 在“帖子管理”下选择评论所在的帖子
单击“评论”下方的图标
2.它会打开一个弹出窗口
您将看到两种类型的图标
- 蓝色购物车
评论已成功捕捉,点击蓝色图标前往该订单 - 绿色购物车
未捕捉评论,但您可以通过单击绿色图标为客户创建购物车
单击新购物车的绿色图标后
下面的黑框 - 是您将产品添加到购物车的地方
下面的蓝框 - 是添加的购物车项目总数
1.从这两个选项中添加产品
2.完成后点击“提交”
3. 您将被引导回评论
蓝色图标表示购物车已创建,您可以
- 点击图标链接直接下单
- 在“订单管理”中查看订单
